Friday is Pizza Night!!!!
PIZZA CRUST (New Betty Crocker Cookbook 1996) pg 180
1 package quick yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Dissolve yeast in warm water...stir in flour, oil and salt. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Cover for 20 minutes.....beat down and put in greased bowl in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes until it doubles....beat down again and divide into 2 crusts.

We started this blog January 1 of 2012 with the goal to make as much as we could from the farm.....we had a wonderful year long journey and plan to continue on in 2013...not everyday as we did in 2012, but the spring, summer and fall should be quite active. Throughout this year, we will post recipes, planting of seeds and the garden, beekeeping, our successes and our mess ups....and keep you updated on our progress!
