WOW....this year is flying by...we have been very busy for the last couple of months,

and August will be no different....keeps life interesting!!!

now to some Michigan weather info for July 2012 ....

on July 6th it was the hottest day ever recorded....105 here at the farm

July 2012 was the warmest month ever recorded

the average high temperature for July 2012 was 90 degrees,

the record is 90.6 set in July 1868

CRAZY ....  CRAZY ... weather for Michigan!!!

now off to the Olympics....

found out some interesting / sad news today about the medals that the athletes receive...

they have to pay taxes on them.....really......go work your butt off training, raise money to get

yourself, your coach and family to the games, and Oh by the way if you win, here is what

you owe the USA in taxes.....

GOLD - $8,986

SILVER - $5,385

BRONZE - $3,500
