had a WONDERFUL day at church today...it was great having Pastor Bob & Mary
back from vacation....his message was AMAZING...check it out at
first Sunday of each month is a fellowship luncheon after church, Ross made
sloppy joes for our passing dish...here is what he puts in it....
and the secret ingredient he puts in the sloppy joe sauce and baked beans is COFFEE!!!

brought a basket full of cucumbers to church as well.....

the only flower that bloomed when it was supposed too.....
Black Eyed Susans
we have this cool flower (from the Lilly Family I think) growing all over
the flower beds....the amazing things is that I did not plant them....
talking with Mary about them today and she suggested that maybe
the bulbs were somehow mixed in the mulch.....which would explain
why I have them in every flowerbed on the property....
they grow straight up....no leaves at all....and then have this burgundy first, then pink
Lilly type flower that blooms.....if you know what they are called, please comment.

bummer on the women's vault.....Silver is quite an accomplishment!!!
