another casserole night......this one is a family recipe as well...
Sausage/Potatoe Casserole:
1 package of Sausage (the pack that has 2 links in it)
8 medium potatoes
2 cup bell peppers
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
2 cups of shredded cheese....1 in the mix and 1 on top
cut up the sausage and peeled potatoes into pieces....pour into casserole dish and stir in milk, sour cream, cheese and peppers.....cook for 1 hour at 400 degrees.....add the other cup of cheese on top and cook for another 10 minutes
Great hardy meal on a cold Michigan night!
