Friday is Pizza Night!!!!

PIZZA CRUST (New Betty Crocker Cookbook 1996) pg 180
1 package quick yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water...stir in flour, oil and salt. Beat vigorously 20 strokes. Cover for 20 minutes.....beat down and put in greased bowl in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes until it doubles....beat down again and divide into 2 crusts.

Enjoyed a mid 50 degree january day...looks like the weekend will be mild as well...WooHoo!!!!
