Watching football and making rabbit stew ( courtesy of our chocolate lab named jasmine )
Rabbit Stew:
1 large rabbit (boil this and separate meat)
3 quarts of stewed tomatoes
3 medium potatoes diced
1 pint carrots
1 small onion diced
1 pint of green beans
2 Tbsp chicken base
1/3 cup italian seasoning
1 can tomato paste
1 clove garlic pressed
assemble and cook like any other stew
....had a bread DISASTER today.....was making lemon cranberry bread and used baking soda instead of baking powder....bad....bad....bad....it turned the inside of the bread green....OK so I obviuosly cannot watch football and bake at the same time!!!
