we hit 105 degrees at the farm today....just too hot to do anything....
Day 3 with the grandkids....
started our day off with French Toast (recipe on February 8, 2012) bacon and fruit
then off to do our craft.....today was Hot Air Balloons and Masks
after lunch we headed out to the beach again...one of Gabby's friends joined us....
this time....Pa (Ross) brought the boat!!!!
back to the farm.....everyone showered.....had a great dinner....
and then the girls wanted to make something in the kitchen....of course I would never say no....
so the decision was No Bake Cookies (recipe on February 13, 2012)
then out to the big screen to watch the 3rd Narnia Movie.....

about 5 days ago when this heat wave began....the White Rocks started to turn on each other...I have been nursing 3 of them back to health so they would make the butcher date....which is tomorrow....unfortunately one of them died this afternoon...so if everyone makes it through the night...we will be taking 15 in tomorrow for processing.......Chicken in the freezer.....gotta LOVE it!!!!
